This depends on the size of your business. I charge a flat fee per month and, within 3 to 6 months, it is my goal to make sure that whatever you're paying me is covered by the additional profit you'll make just from working with me. Then the fun begins!

The first step is to get on a call with me, Janu Orrick. We'll meet each other, learn more about your business and, together, decide if The JSO Advantage is a good fit.

If it is, then I'll connect with you on a video call once a month to help you meet your objectives.

• Within the first two weeks, I'll help you set specific targets for revenue, profit, bank balance and your take-home income.
• Each month, I'll assess your business and financials to spot red flags and opportunities for growth.
• Each month, we’ll look at your ‘Scoreboard’ to see if you are on track and I'll give you an Action Plan on what steps to take over the next 30 days to hit your targets.
